Whole Home Inspections, LLC
We provide comprehensive full service
Home Inspections in
Phoenix and surrounding communities

Whole Home Inspections welcomes our clients to join our certified, licensed and insured Home Inspectors at any time during their comprehensive inspection. At the very least we highly recommend that all our clients (Realtors are also encouraged) to meet with the Home Inspector at the end of the inspection. This is when they will personally walk you around the property and go over any items of interest and pictures that were taken at every step of the inspection process to provide you with the most thorough review of the property. All questions and concerns can be addressed during this whole team property review. The final comprehensive report will include pictures and useful information about the home. This report is uploaded for access to you in a timely fashion; no later than 24 hours after completion of the home inspection.
The service doesn't end after that: We offer a free monthly homeowner newsletter to clients and post helpful tips for home owners, buyers, and sellers. You are also welcome to contact us with any questions about your home.
We are always happy to help.

Who Needs A Whole Home Inspection?
Buying a Home:
We never schedule more than two inspections per inspector a day to allow the time it takes to do a thorough Home Inspection and personal review. We will make every effort to provide you with the information that you need to make an informed decision about the property.
First Time Home Buyer:
We will take as much time as needed to help you understand the home and any items of interest. We offer a free monthly newsletter to help you understand and maintain your new home. You are also welcome to contact us anytime if you ever have questions.
Investor, Builder, Renovator:
Get an impartial evaluation of the property to help budget repairs or a follow-up after all the work is done. We also offer discounted services for a Summary Only Reports with Walk-though review or Walk-though only review of finding: Call for details.
Selling a Home:
Be prepared and proactive for what may come up during the selling process with a Pre-Listing Inspection. You can take the time you need to shop around for competitive bids from contractors who can make any necessary repairs, rather than feeling forced to make a rushed decision to get things fixed before a contractual deadline. You can attach repair estimates or paid invoices to your inspection report.
Wellness Check:
Better understand your home's major components, and start a solid Home Maintenance list to keep your home going strong for countless years. Get tips to save water, energy and money.
