Joe started his career as an apprentice union carpenter in Orange Country, California. In 2005 Joe moved to Arizona and began working for one of the largest residential builders in the nation, Pulte Homes. Six years later, he became certified by the State of Arizona as a Home Inspector. Joe is a seasoned Home Inspector, and in the past 10 years has inspected thousands of homes all over Phoenix and surrounding communities. With an extensive understanding of how homes are built, coupled with a working knowledge of different intersecting components, Joe uses his experience to give the Whole Home Inspection customer a unique perspective and understanding of the home.
